Serial Entrepreneur Daniel Ramsey founded Ramsey Construction Services with a vision shaped by hands-on experience building organizations and supporting nonprofit projects internationally. The company formally launched in 2025 after an earlier period of assembling the team, pipeline, and operating model through real development and renovation work.

Built as if it were our own

The full-building renovation at 1661 Garden Highway stands as the flagship project and a testament to the team’s experience and expertise. By taking on a riverfront office property with ties to the Kado design legacy, Ramsey Construction Services demonstrated disciplined, complex project management with an emphasis on preserving the site’s character. That same structure carries to every active jobsite: a dedicated foreman provides on-site supervision daily, with leadership directly involved rather than managing from a distance.
