Most construction companies build what's already been designed and permitted. We start before that - at the point where you have land, an idea, and a stack of regulatory hurdles between you and reality.
Entitlement work requires a different skill set: understanding zoning codes, navigating city planning departments, coordinating environmental reviews, and managing a team of specialists working toward an approvable project.
The work is methodical. It depends on clear applications, complete consultant coordination, and persistent follow-through through each review cycle.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life-safety engineering as required by scope, occupancy, and jurisdiction.
