Whole-Home Projects
& ADUs
We don't do small jobs. Our residential work is focused on whole-home remodels, major additions, and ADUs delivered as coordinated, large-scope projects.
Only larger, coordinated residential scopes
Whole-Home Remodels
Complete transformation of an existing residence. We take a home down to studs and rebuild it - new layout, new systems, new finishes. Every room, every surface, every system.
ADUs & Companion Structures
Detached and attached ADUs, guest houses, and other secondary residential structures when they are part of a larger, professionally managed project scope.
Major Additions
Multi-story additions, new wings, and significant expansions that change the footprint and character of the home. Foundation work engineered for local soil conditions, including Sacramento's expansive clay, plus framing, roofing, and full integration with the existing structure.
Full Interior Renovations
Kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms - all done as one coordinated project. We don't do piecemeal. When you hire us, you get the whole home done right, on one timeline.
Systems & Infrastructure
Electrical panel upgrades, plumbing replacement, HVAC, radiant floor heating, fire sprinkler coordination where required, insulation, and structural reinforcement. The systems behind the walls.
One team. One timeline. The whole home.
Whole-home projects are different from trade-by-trade remodeling. Instead of hiring a kitchen contractor, then a bathroom contractor, then a flooring installer - you hire one team that plans and executes the entire scope. That means fewer scheduling conflicts, more design consistency, and a single point of accountability.
We handle everything from demolition through final finishes: structural framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, paint, fixtures, and trim. Construction waste is part of that scope - we coordinate dumpsters, haul demolition debris, and keep the jobsite clean throughout, so your property stays presentable from tear-out to final walkthrough. On projects that include ADUs, companion structures, or specialty systems like radiant heat and residential elevators, those scopes are integrated into the plan from day one.
For projects that require permitting or development work beyond a standard remodel, our development and entitlement team handles the regulatory side seamlessly.
Every project runs on a detailed written contract: the full scope of work, approximate start and completion dates, and a payment schedule tied to milestones. Our contracts follow California's home improvement contract rules, including the legal cap on down payments: $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less (Business & Professions Code §7159.5). Progress payments are tied to work actually completed, never collected ahead of it.
Why whole-home matters
One Schedule
No waiting months between phases. All trades are coordinated on a single master schedule with clear milestones and completion dates.
One Team
One general contractor managing every trade. You don't coordinate between contractors - we do. One phone number, one point of accountability.
One Vision
Design consistency from room to room. Materials, finishes, and details are chosen as a cohesive whole, not pieced together across separate projects.
